Our program offers free 911 cell phones to victims of domestic violence, battered women's shelters, seniors, disabled persons, and others. Upon request, no questions will be asked.

911 cell phones are equiped with a batter and battery charger. Car adapters are available upon request. All phones are tested for 911 use, and it is not necessary to test a 911 phone.
